Coconut Date Treats with Walnut & Cranberries

They are all natural and pretty guilt free (all the fat is good fat). It makes me feel good to know that something this good is not only simple but free of heavy processing and unnatural sugars. It makes this momma happy.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cups medlooj dates, pitted
  •  1/2 cup whole walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pitted cranberries
  •  1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  •  2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend pitted dates and coconut oil until a smooth paste forms
  2. Add in walnuts, pitted cranberries and coconut, pulse a few times until incorporated with the dates
  3. You can form balls, or spread them into a plate
  4. Allow to set
  5. Enjoy 🙂
